* At rates must be added the obligatory 'Tourism Tax' of € 3.50 per person per day [over 10years]..
* Reservations must be minimum of 2 nights.
* The full amount will be paid within 20days before the arrival (see payment info).
* For check in after 20:00 will be a surcharge of € 20.00 - after 24:00 € 50,00.
* Cancellations are accepted only if made: 30 days before arrival, within which will return the full advance payment ; within 20 days before will be returned half.
* Final cleaning is included in the price - on arrival we require a deposit of €100,00 which will be fully refunded if it respected the rules and not cause damage to the apartment.

* TRANSFERS from/to airports and stations are carried out on request (at least 48h before arrival):
